About ANRF (Formerly SERB)

Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) – established through an  Act of Parliament: ANRF Act, 2023, to provide high-level strategic directions for research, innovation, and entrepreneurship in the fields of natural sciences, including mathematical sciences, engineering and technology, environmental and earth sciences, health and agriculture, and scientific and technological interfaces of humanities and social sciences. Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) has been established to promote research and development and foster a culture of research and innovation throughout India’s Universities, Colleges, Research Institutions, and R&D laboratories. ANRF acts as an apex body to provide high-level strategic direction of scientific research in the country as per recommendations of the National Education Policy. ANRF forges collaborations among the industry, academia, research institutions and government departments.

About the Symposium

The two-days high-end national symposium on “Innovations in Intelligent Systems” focuses  on introducing recent advancements in the fields of communication, signal processing, robotics and IoT. It seeks to facilitate interdisciplinary interactions and drive the development of cutting-edge solutions, applications, and methodologies in advancement of self sustained and self assisted system. Ultimately, it offers an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas about how trends can be turned into tangible benefits for businesses through AI algorithms that significantly improve decision making..

Keywords: 6G Communication, Deep CNN, Machine Intelligence, IoT, Robotics and Sensor Fusion.

The main objectives of the workshop are:

  1. Foster Collaboration: Be at the forefront of creating an inclusive platform where research professionals, experts from different fields can converge to discuss intriguing ideas, share their learnings and initiate collaborations.
  2. Exploration of Emerging Trends: Explore and discuss emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies with a focus on their applications, challenges, and potential impact on various industries and business sectors.
  3. Promote Innovation: Stimulate innovation by showcasing cutting-edge research, projects, and prototypes in communication, signal processing, computer vision, robotics, and IoT, encouraging participants to think creatively and push the boundaries of technological advancements.

Skill Enhancement: Provide opportunities for participants to enhance their technical skills, gain practical insights, and learn from experts through workshops, tutorials, and hands-on sessions focused on relevant topics within communication, signal processing, computer vision, robotics, and IoT.
