VIT Bhopal has taken an initiative to conduct nation-wide workshop, “AI4U”(Artificial Intelligence for you) on the theme of “Future ready skills”, so that students of technological background can be aware of current changing patterns of technology involved in our daily lives and they would also be given hands on training. This will surely help them to shape their career with respect to the rapid progress in technology.
The workshop will be conducted over a period of two days. It will be free of cost as well. The workshop comprises the ICE Breaking Sessions, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Road Map, Intellectual Opportunities in Artificial Intelligence, Product Development / Start ups / Ideathon Event and Hands-on Oriented Training on developing Real Time AI application.
The Workshop offers the opportunity to experiment with cutting-edge AI innovations. The following schedule will engage the 10th and 12th students in the subject of Artificial Intelligence.

The workshop will be conducted over a period of two days. It will be free of cost. The workshop comprises the introduction to Cyber Security and Digital Forensic along with two interesting competitions.
VIT Bhopal Cutting edge Hands-on workshop “Gamers connect” had laid the path for students and young bright minds to keep updated with the latest Gaming trends and technologies. The attendees of workshops are not only an easy way to know and train themselves on the latest tools and technologies of gaming but also allows them to hear from the best minds of the industry on relevant topics.
This workshop will cover cutting edge topics like introduction, Insights of Gaming and related Technologies, Recent Trends in Gaming, VR/AR, Applications of Gaming, Machine Learning/Deep Learning in Gaming, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), VFX Animation, Mixed reality (MR), Extended Reality (ER), AR Vs VR Vs MR Vs XR. The workshop will be followed up by a dedicated Q&A where attendees can share their questions for better understanding from the expert speakers.
The attendees of this workshop will be able to start developing and kick start their gaming career. The game implementations and development will be taught with Unity, Unreal Engine, Vuforia. Gamers Connect workshop will create infinite possibilities to connect the experts to get insights about VFX, graphics and animation questions answered. Not only the workshops will provide fundamentals of Gaming Technologies but will also teach building games on their own. The event also comes with a one-on-one advice lounge. Along with this, the workshop also focuses on various gaming domains, which will provide a better understanding of Gaming development.
Department of Aerospace Engineering (School of Mechanical Engineering) is conducting a 2-Day Workshop ASTRO-VIT, on January 30 & 31, 2020 at National Level. The workshop covers meticulously questions and doubts about Aerospace Engineering, integrating leading edge technologies in Aerospace Vehicles used for transportation, communication, exploration and defense applications. Also the design and manufacturing of aircraft, spacecraft, propulsion systems, satellites and missiles.
After successful completion of the workshop, students will have understanding of aerodynamics and aerospace propulsion systems, possess in-depth skills to develop a UAV/Drone, along with knowledge in structures, vehicle dynamics and software.
The workshop is free of cost for all.
VIT Bhopal Olympiad is a national level quiz competition where students can showcase their scholastic expertise for competitive exams. It is a kind of brief assessment to measure their growth in subjective knowledge, abilities and skills. Students from 11th & 12th standards can participate in the competition, questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and Current Affairs will be asked during the same.

Electronics had a significant effect on the development of modern society. Without the help of electronics hardware, even the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning is limited inside a computer. School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering is here with some interesting applications and competition for upskilling you to the next level.
Robotics Training
A live demonstration of selected robotics and embedded projects will be shown by the students and faculties of department which will help the attendee to develop their own robotics projects. The project demonstration includes both software and hardware aspects so that the students can make these from scratch.

In this competition, we are providing students some of the latest advancements in the areas of electronics. Students will be presenting ideas related to Electronics, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Mobile Applications, etc. The experts will evaluate the feasibility and strength of the ideas. VIT Bhopal will fund top ideas for prototyping, and if required, faculty mentors will be allotted for students’ benefit.
This event is intended to encourage and motivate the students to work on the applications of upcoming technologies. Students are advised to propose a solution to the various problems that are faced by humans. The early access to the latest technology makes the student career-oriented and gives them focus on their future. The final winners can be given laurels from the university. This can be in physical form or some form of scholarships when they take admission in the university.

- Presentation time limit is 10 minutes at max.
- Participants can convey their ideas in innovative manner (Block diagram, infographics, and Animations)
- Your presentation will be judged on the basis of your topic, innovation and also how you present the topic to the audience.
- Immediately after your presentation, a rapid-fire round will be conducted based on your presentation and topic.
