With Data Analytics taking centre stage in the field of Computer Science, this program aims at providing skills to build a knowledge society through the development of various applications and innovative products. In this data driven world, predictive analysis and Artificial Intelligence are bringing about technological advancements in every domain, ranging from medicine to manufacturing. A combination of techniques and concepts from Mathematics, Statistics, Information Science and Computer Science are integrated along with extensive laboratory experience on related programming platforms for exploratory data analysis and visualisation.

The Collaborative and Active Learning through Technology (CALTech) and studio based classrooms at VIT Bhopal, makes this program one of its kind, in the Country. With the demand for knowledge in technologies such as Block chain and Big Data Analytics and to leverage the requirement for globally competent skills in Machine Learning, this new program is being introduced at VIT Bhopal – the first university to have 100% doctoral faculty in India.
