School of Electrical and Electronics conducted a workshop “Best of Test” in collaboration with Scientech Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Indore. The workshop was organized to improve the basic understanding of test and measurement instruments. This course had offered an insight into analog and digital storage oscilloscope. Further, it had introduced and trained participants in various modules of multi-instrument and function generators.
ECE: Industry Experts and Collaborations
A one day workshop on Circuit Design & Simulation with PCB Design Software – TINA Design Suite was organized by School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (SEEE). The workshop was organized in collaboration with Scientech Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The topics covered included circuit design basics, introduction to TINA design suite, PCB layout drawing, layout optimization, prototype PCB design and case studies.
Department of Electronics and Communication (ECE) organized a guest lecture on the topic Wireless Sensor Networks. The lecture was delivered by Prof. T. K. Jain from IIIT, Nagpur. The session mainly focused on the basics design framework of WSN, its optimization and applications.
Industrial visit was organized for second and third year ECE students to Scientech Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Indore. During the visit students visited the core unit of Scientech and its sister company NVIS.
