Registration guidelines :

ICDCC 2024 accepts three types of Registrations: Full Author, Co-author and Attendees.

Full Author registration is for presenting the accepted paper in the conference.

Authors who are not presenting can register as Co-author.

All other listeners of the conference can register as Attendees.

It is mandatory that at least one of the authors should register in order to include the paper in the technical programme.

If an author has got more than one accepted paper, each paper has to be registered separately.

Maximum page limit of a paper is 6 pages in IEEE PDF Xpress compatible pdf format.

The papers exceeding 6 pages (a maximum of 8 pages) should pay extra page charge of Rs.1000/- (Indian authors) or 20 USD (Foreign authors)

Publication Ethics :

Every paper submitted to the ICDCC2024 will be checked for plagiarism by using anti-plagiarism software (Turnitin), before being sent to a pre-conference review. Authors should observe high standards with respect to publication ethics. Falsification or fabrication of data, plagiarism, including duplicate publication of the author's own work without proper citation, and misappropriation of the work are all unacceptable.

Guidlines for Submission :

All submissions must be in English only.

Authors are invited to submit full paper as PDF using the ICDCC2024 templates. Paper drafts must be prepared in English with a maximum of six (6) printed pages in ICDCC2024, as per IEEE paper format. The conference reserves the right to refrain from reviewing papers that are significantly longer than 6 pages.

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit papers electronically to ICDCC 2024 through CMT. For submission of paper, at least one of the Authors of the paper should be a registered user of CMT. Unregistered authors should first create an account on CMT.

Review process for this conference is BLINDED, which means Authors and Reviewers are restricted from seeing each other's identity. Therefore, the Authors are instructed not to mention the name & affiliation in the manuscript anywhere being submitted for review. Author's name & affiliation details may be included at the time of CAMERA READY Manuscript submission after paper acceptance.

The maximum no. of words allowed in abstract is 250 words and at least 5 key words are also required.

The authors are advised to select only one (i.e. the most suitable) track from the mentioned tracks in submission page for their submission at the time of submitting the manuscript through CMT.

All papers submitted to ICDCC 2024 will be checked for plagiarism according to ICDCC2024 guideline. If found free of plagiarism, it will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on NOVELTY, Presentation, Correctness and Relevance to the conference. In case of the minor plagiarism, the authors will be asked to rewrite the paper. In other cases, the paper will be immediately rejected.

The acceptance of papers along with referees' comment will be communicated to authors by email. Authors are required to incorporate the comments received in the CAMERA-READY PAPER before final submission.

Policies :

As ICDCC2024 is technically sponsored IEEE MP Section, ICDCC2024 reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from ICDCC2024 Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously, and ICDCC2024 will act against any author who has engaged in either practice.

Web Page on Plagiarism :

Papers should conform to the ICDCC2024 format and specifications. Another format may not be accepted. All submitted papers should contain original, unpublished results, experimental or theoretical. The ICDCC2024 paper template for Camera Ready Paper is available in download section of ICDCC 2024 Website. Other useful and updated information such as guidelines and suggestions for presenters will be given later.
