Project Exhibition is a technical event in which the participants should demonstrate their projects before the expert members. The best projects will be chosen as follows:

1. The first round of screening will be conducted by internal members by reviewing the submitted document ( PPT).
2. The second round of selection will be in person evaluation by the team of internal experts /program chairs .
3. Selected teams after the 2nd round need to showcase their projects to external committee members(Industry) on 3rd August 2024.(Time: 10:00 AM – 03:00 PM) in the provided location inside the Campus.
4. The teams will have to bring their own laptops and other required equipment related to their projects.
5. The project Expo is open to all graduate students/ post graduate students.
6. No Registration Fees for Participants.
7. All the participants will get certificates.

Team should consist of students from the same program with a team size of 3 to 5 members.

Each team should submit only one proposal and one student is allowed to participate in only one team.

The project should align to any of the following thematic domains:

 Immersive Technology
 Green Architecture
 Healthcare System
IoT And Robotics
Manufacturing
 Sustainable Electricity
 Space Propulsion
Generative AI
 Cyber-Physical System
Data Science In ML

First Round:

The submission of the project for the first round should have the following information

1. Objective of the project with inline thematic domain.
2. Novelty of the project.
3. Block diagram & Working principle.
4. Result / Demonstration/ screenshot/demo video link.
5. Conclusion & Future Scope.

Student can download the Project expo submission template from the above link. All entries will be scrutinized by a committee and the final selected teams will be informed via email. Committee decision is the final for the selection.

Deadline for submission : 22-07-2024 11:55 PM

Second Round:

1. All selected teams should present their project teams in person to the internal experts/program chairs as per the provided schedule.
2. PPT and Working model of the project will be evaluated.
3. Team should bring any additional devices/ accessories if required.
4. Any violation of above stated guidelines leads to disqualification.
5. Shortlisted teams will be intimated and they need to showcase their projects to external committee members (Industry) on 3rd August 2024 during Industry Conclave 2024.
